Shipping 

We generally use Australia post to deliver your order

• Within Australia - express post 1-5 business days. (Estimated 1-2 business days for same state delivery and interstate capital cities, except WA and NT. 2-5 business days for all other locations)
• International - Australia Post standard airmail service. Delivery in 6-16 business days. (Estimated 6-16 business days for metro to metro delivery. Items sent to regional and rural locations may take longer.)
• We provide Australia Post with your mobile phone number and email address, where applicable.  Australia Post will use this information to communicate with you regarding your delivery from us.  This may be in the form of SMS or email notification.  

Insurance Against loss in transit

• Your order is insured against loss in transit. The cost is included in the freight calculation.

Taxes, Customs and Duty charges may apply to orders sent outside Australia

Please be aware of how taxes will be applied to your delivery by checking with your post office. For International orders we DO NOT collect any customs duties or taxes. If any of these charges are applicable they will be collected upon delivery by the post office in your country. The applicable charges vary from country to country. 

Deliveries to the USA generally do not attract any customs duties or taxes in our experience. This is general advice only.

RETURNS

Electrical products due to their nature may be damaged by improper installation and handling and for these reasons we will only accept returns under strict conditions and circumstances.

We do not accept products for return and refund because you have changed your mind.

If we have sent you parts that do not match your order we will accept them back for exchange.

If we have specifically recommended products for you through email or telephone conversation that are not compatible with your bike we will accept them back for exchange or refund. If in doubt about product compatibility please contact us before ordering for confirmation.

Items to be returned MUST be UNUSED and in the original packaging.

Please contact us first if you feel you are entitled to return a product. 

Items to be returned should be sent to our PO Box address - we do not operate a shopfront where items can be returned in person.
