Delivery and Insurance Cover
We use Australia Post for your order delivery unless otherwise communitcated. Our website can calculate the delivery fee prior to check-out for international and Australian deliveries.
Delivery within Australia: Express delivery estimated 1-2 business days for same state delivery and interstate capital cities, except WA and NT. 2-5 business days for all other locations.
If you're not at home, Australia Post will leave eligible parcels in a safe place. If there's no safe place to leave your parcel, it will be taken to the nearest Post Office or a 24/7 Parcel Locker for you to collect. We will provide Australia Post with your mobile telephone number and or email address so they can notify you via the AusPost app, email, or SMS if you have a MyPost account. If your parcel has not been successfully matched to your MyPost account or you do not have one, Australia Post will leave a card in your mail box.
You can enter your chosen Australia Post parcel collect number/collection point at check-out for a convenient delivery.
AusPost App - The app is free to download and makes it easy for you to track and manage your deliveries all in one place - from a smartphone, watch or tablet.
International delivery: Standard delivery in 6-16 business days. Estimated 6-16 business days for metro to metro delivery. Items sent to regional and rural locations may take longer. We will provide you with a tracking number that you can use to track your parcel through Australia Post or your local postal service. Australia Post and or your local postage service may send communication regarding your parcel.
Insurance
It is very rare for one of our parcels to go missing but we include insurance cover with all parcels we send for your peace of mind.
